The “game phase” will take place from 2nd December to 14th February 2025, during which participants are encouraged to fill out the forms available at the Isokinetic Centres: Isokinetic Bologna, Isokinetic Milano Navigli, Isokinetic Milano Centro, Isokinetic Torino, Isokinetic Verona, Isokinetic Rimini, Isokinetic Roma, Isokinetic London and Isokinetic Athens. Completed forms must be deposited in the designated box.
The Prize is reserved for patients in therapy who attend sessions in the gym, pool, green room, and/or field at Isokinetic centres between 2nd December and 14th February 2025. One winner will be drawn for each Centre, resulting in 9 prizes.
The aim of this Competition is to promote awareness of the Isokinetic Medical Group and its scientific presence at an international level through the active participation of patients in the Conference organised in partnership with FIFA and Atletico de Madrid FC at theRiyahd Air Metropolitano stadium in Madrid.
The competition is exclusively for patients in therapy who attend sessions in the gym, pool, green room, and/or field at Isokinetic centres between 2nd December and 14th February 2025.
There will be 9 winners, one for each Isokinetic Medical centre. Each winner is eligible to bring a plus one.
The prize includes:
• Trip for two, worth €2,800.00 each including VAT.
• Economy Class return flights to Madrid, departing on 2nd May 2025 and returning on 4th May 2025 (dates cannot be changed at the winner’s discretion) *
• Overnight accommodation with breakfast for two in a double room at the 4*star Hotel Melia Castilla for the nights of 2nd and 3rd May 2025 (dates cannot be changed at the winner’s discretion)
• An invitation for two to the Conference Gala Dinner to be held on 3rd May at Teatro Real
• 2 admission tickets to the Isokinetic Conference at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, including congress material and lunch (visit www.isokineticconference.com).
Winners are not permitted to dispute or customize the awarded prize, nor can they request its equivalent cash value. Isokinetic Medical Group is not accountable for any inconvenience arising from transportation carriers or the facilities offering overnight accommodation/entertainment for travellers.
Once they have accepted the prize, the winners may only use the travel voucher to travel to Madrid on 2nd May 2025 and return on 4th May 2025. The trip will be organised by Isokinetic Medical Group SRL based on availability. After being notified, winners must visit the relevant Isokinetic centre with a valid identification document and a printout of the notification of the win to obtain travel details.
The winners are required to personally partake in the trip. While they have the option to be accompanied by another person, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a third party. Additionally, winners are restricted from utilizing the prize for more than one journey.
The trips will be organised by Isokinetic Medical Group Srl and must necessarily include a flight – with Madrid as the destination – and overnight accommodation with breakfast at the 4-star Hotel Melia Castilla. Each winner will also receive an invitation for two to the Conference Gala Dinner to be held on 3rd May at Teatro Real.
The winners will be entitled to two tickets to the Congress at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, including congress material and lunch.
Any requests from the winner that result in expenses exceeding the value of the travel voucher shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event that the prize, formally accepted by the winner, remains unused, it will be considered “awarded but not used” for the purposes of this competition.
To enter this competition, participants simply need to complete the participation form and insert it into the designated boxes at Isokinetic centres between 2nd December 2024 and 14th February 2025. Each eligible patient is allowed to participate by filling in a single form. Prior to the draw, all forms will undergo verification to confirm the winner. In cases where multiple forms are discovered under the same name, the additional entries will be deemed ineligible. Participants below the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian, and if the
prize is won by a minor will be presented to the parent or guardian, whose details must be specified in the confirmation message.
To redeem the prize minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) as their plus one.
Company employees are not eligible to participate in the competition.
The drawing will be conducted at the registered offices of Isokinetic Medical Group by Francesco Della Villa, the Director of the Isokinetic Education & Research Department and President of the Conference, in the presence of a notary public or Chamber of Commerce official.
A single “TITULAR” winner will be selected from the pool of participating patients for each Isokinetic centre, accompanied by three “BACK-UP” winners for each respective centre.
The draws will be considered invalid if it becomes impossible to notify the participant of their win. The inability to inform the winner encompasses scenarios such as providing incorrect contact details (telephone and e-mail) on the coupon or not granting explicit consent to be contacted by Isokinetic. In the event of an invalid draw necessitating the awarding of the prize to a backup winner, the process involves substituting the initially drawn and excluded name with the first functional name on standby, following the order of the initial draw. If the name on standby is also deemed invalid, the prize will pass to the next backup participant in sequence. Should the number of backup participants be insufficient to replace the original winner and any invalidated backup participants, the prize will be considered “not awarded.”
Winners will receive notification of their prizes via email during the week of 3rd March. To officially accept the prizes, winners are required to respond to the email within 48 hours.
Failure to accept the prizes within the stipulated timeframe or in the specified manner will result in forfeiture of the prize in favour of the first available backup Participant. The standby recipient must also adhere to the prize acceptance procedure outlined above. If standby recipients in a given month decline to accept the prize, it will be categorised as “unclaimed.”
Prizes are only valid for use on the dates set by the competition organisers: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th May 2025, following the provided guidelines.
Participating in the competition implies the participants’ unequivocal and complete acceptance of the rules and provisions outlined in these Regulations, without any restrictions.
Involvement in the competition is voluntary and incurs no fees. The data of participants will be handled in accordance with the information provided at the time of coupon signature.
Notably, Isokinetic Medical Group Srl, as the data controller, will refrain from conducting customer data profiling during this event.
Data processing will only occur for the duration strictly necessary for the effective management and organization of the competition.
Winning participants are expected to attend the conference, share the narrative of their clinical case and the experience of the awarded trip through video footage and photos capturing the most significant moments. These materials will be published on Isokinetic’s official online channels.
The company explicitly declares the waiver of any right to recourse regarding withholdings for income tax purposes.
