How many abstracts can I submit as First Author?

An Author may submit a maximum of three (3) abstracts as First Author.

The Scientific Committee encourages to send original works, not previously published and presented in similar meeting

The Speaker commits himself to attend the whole period of the Conference, from Saturday 18th to Monday 20th April 2026. No presentation will be moved if the speaker has booked to return before the end of the Conference.

No, this is not necessary. The Speaker is requested to bring his/her PP presentation on a USB stick and to check in at the Slide Center at least 3 hours before their presentation.

Unfortunately, using your own laptop or notebook for your presentation in the session rooms will not be possible.

Yes, to be included in one of the Free Communicaton sessions and to be published on the Abstract book of the Conference, the registration is mandatory.

Sure, the Speaker can be the First Author or any other colleagues, apart from the Contest Best Case Report where the Speaker must be the First Author.

The Speaker of the Free Communications must ensure to obtain it no later than 28th of January 2026. The Scientific Committee may require to provide confirmation of obtaining the visa before confirming the addition of the paper to the Official Scientific Programme.

All the Speakers of the Free Communications are kindly required to be present during the Ceremony: in case of victory, the absence determines the transfer of the prize to the next one in the ranking.

A Speaker can present maximum two (2) abstracts.
