– Please note that for the student fees a valid and current student accreditation will be requested when filling in the online registration form
– Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and shall be received on or prior to the 24th March 2027: the 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after the 24th March 2027 will not be refunded, however substitutions will be accepted up to the 6th April 2027: please notify the organisers in writing of any name change. Please take note that refunds will be done only after the Conference.
– At the moment of the registration to the Conference, you accept of being added to the mailing list that will receive the Isokinetic Conference newsletter. In case you do not wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe at any time.
– Herewith you also accept to be filmed and recorded during your participation in the Conference. These materials, such as videos and sound records will be used by Isokinetic as promotional and advertising materials for Company purposes.

In due course we will make an application for European CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®), reserved to specialised doctors only.
visa application
The Organising Secretariat would like to request all participants that require a VISA to Greece to apply as soon as possible.
After the Registration at the Isokinetic Conference, the Organising Secretariat will issue the letter of invitation to be presented at the embassy together with the Conference Ticket & receipt of payment.
Isokinetic Conference will not directly contact Embassies and Consulates on behalf of VISA applicants.
In case of failed VISA applications we will request the letter of refusal and, if valid, we will proceed with a 50% refund.
The Speaker of the Free Communications that needs to apply for a VISA to Italy must ensure to obtain it no later than the pubblication of the Official Scientific Programme: the Scientific Committee may require to provide confirmation of obtaining the visa before confirming the speech.
