The currency is EURO. Payments can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

terms & conditions

• At the moment of the registration to the Conference, the participant accepts to being added to the mailing list and will receive the Isokinetic Conference monthly newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive this, you are of course free to unsubscribe at any time.
• Please note that for the student fees a valid and current student accreditation will be requested when filling in the online registration form
• Herewith the participant accepts to be filmed and recorded during the Conference: this material will be used for promotional purposes
• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and shall be received on or prior to the 18th March 2026: the 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Please take note that refunds will be done only after the Conference and that cost of bank commission for refund will be debited to the participants.
• Cancellations received after the 18th March 2026 will not be refunded, however substitutions will be accepted accepted up to the 30th March 2026

cme credits

In due course we will make an application for European CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®), reserved to specialised doctors only.

visa application

The Organising Secretariat would like to request all participants that require a VISA to Greece to apply as soon as possible.

After the Registration at the Isokinetic Conference, the Organising Secretariat will issue the letter of invitation to be presented at the embassy together with the Conference Ticket & receipt of payment.

Isokinetic Conference will not directly contact Embassies and Consulates on behalf of VISA applicants.

In case of failed VISA applications we will request the letter of refusal and, if valid, we will proceed with a 50% refund.

If a Speaker of the Free Communications needs to apply for a VISA to Greece, he/she must ensure to obtain it no later than 28th January 2026. The Scientific Committee may require to provide confirmation of obtaining the visa before confirming the addition of the speech to the Official Scientific Programme.
