As soon as you register at the Isokinetic Conference, we will issue the letter of invitations to be presented at your embassy together with your Conference Ticket & receipt of payment.
Isokinetic Conference will not directly contact Embassies and Consulates on behalf of VISA applicants.
In case of failed VISA applications we will request the letter of refusal and, if valid ,we will proceed with a 75% refund.
If a Speaker of the Free Communications needs to apply for a visa for Spain, he/she must ensure to obtain it no later than 12th February 2025. The Scientific Committee may require to provide confirmation of obtaining the visa before confirming the addition of the speech to the Official Scientific Programme.
